I'm passionately dedicated to guiding individuals towards transformative solutions & resolutions in the areas that I specialize in which include: anxiety, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, religious/cult/high-demand group dynamics trauma, perfectionism, codependency, emotional eating, relationships issues, life transitions, exploring life purpose & meaning, expanding & feeling confident in the next step in your life, psychedelic preparation & integration. I am a LGBTQ +, Neurodivergent, & Trauma Affirming Practitioner.

I offer 1-hour sessions and 2-3 hour therapy intensives for focused deep inner work.

Single sessions offer a convenient and flexible way to receive support, allowing you to schedule as needed to address any concerns that arise. Each session is 50 minutes and priced at $165, providing a space for insight, regulation, and guidance tailored to your current needs.
Therapy Intensive Package offers 12 sessions/hours for $1,299, making it a cost-effective option for those committed to deep, long-term work. This package lowers the per-hour rate and allows you to schedule longer 2-3 hour sessions, creating space for deeper, more focused Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, EMDR sessions, or Breathwork Journeys. Whether you're navigating complex trauma, life transitions, or personal growth, this structure supports immersive healing at your own pace.
