Hey there, I’m Sarai, and my work focuses on helping people feel safe, grounded, and present by working directly with the nervous system — creating change from the inside out.
Many of the people who find their way to me are already deeply self-aware.
They understand why they get stuck — but their body doesn’t yet know how to move out of those patterns.
They’ve been searching for relief, ease, or connection for a long time.

Somatic Experiencing® works directly with the nervous system, helping your body gently release stored stress and return to a sense of safety by tracking sensations rather than reliving the past.
EMDR supports the brain and nervous system in reprocessing unresolved experiences so they no longer feel charged or intrusive in the present.
Parts work helps you understand and relate compassionately to the different parts of you that developed to protect, cope, or survive — without trying to get rid of any of them.
Breathwork journeys use intentional breathing to access deeper layers of the nervous system, allowing emotional release, insight, and integration to arise from the body rather than the mind.
Weekly therapy offers consistent, ongoing support, allowing you to gradually explore and address your concerns in a safe and structured environment. This regular engagement helps build a strong therapeutic relationship, fostering trust and enabling deeper insights and lasting changes over time. It also provides a reliable space for you to process your experiences and emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards your goals.
Therapy intensives provide a concentrated and focused approach to addressing specific issues, allowing you to make significant progress in a shorter period. These sessions are ideal for those needing immediate support or wanting to dive deeply into a particular concern, offering the opportunity for accelerated healing and breakthrough moments. Intensives can complement regular therapy by providing a powerful boost to the therapeutic process.

1. Start with alignment: We’ll schedule a 20-minute consultation where I can answer any questions you have and you can be sure we’re a good fit before you commit.
2. Focus on you: Meet with me weekly, bi-weekly, or in a focused Intensive to work with what’s actually showing up in your life. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system—supporting deep, meaningful shifts without pushing or overwhelm.
3. Create meaningful, embodied change: As your system settles, self-trust and self-compassion naturally increase. Old patterns soften. Relationships feel clearer and more connected. You feel more present in your life, your work, and the way you relate—to others and to yourself.
