This Is A Space For Your Healing...

If you’ve been pushing through life, holding it all together while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite break—and you’re ready for change—then this is the space for you.

Maybe your nervous system feels unpredictable, swinging between high-functioning survival mode and deep exhaustion. Maybe old memories and emotions still live in your body, shaping your life in ways you don’t fully understand. You’re tired of second-guessing yourself, tired of feeling like a stranger in your own skin, tired of carrying it all alone.

You don’t have to anymore. This is your space to heal, reconnect, and step into the confident, grounded, and fully alive version of yourself.

My Approach to Therapy...

Therapy with me is a space where you can be real—no filters, no expectations, just an open and supportive environment to explore what’s truly going on beneath the surface. It’s a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique journey. My role is to help create a foundation of safety where you can engage in meaningful growth and healing—at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share beyond what feels comfortable, and no rigid structure forcing you into a mold that doesn’t fit.

In our sessions, you don’t have to worry about saying the “right” thing or keeping conversations neatly packaged. Therapy isn’t about following a script—it’s about meeting yourself where you are.

Some days, that might look like unpacking the weight of your week, while other times, it might mean exploring deeper patterns that keep showing up in your life. No matter what you bring into the space, we’ll work together to untangle emotions, gain new perspectives, and develop a deeper connection to yourself.

My goal is for you to leave each session with something meaningful—whether it’s a new insight, a greater understanding of yourself, or a tool that helps you navigate challenges with more confidence. Sessions are fluid and adaptable because healing isn’t a linear process. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward the life you want to create.

How Is Therapy With Me Different?

Many approaches to healing focus on talking about what’s wrong—analyzing patterns, understanding triggers, and learning coping skills. And while talking, feeling heard, and being truly seen are powerful parts of the process, they’re only one piece.

If you’ve ever walked away from therapy with new insights but still felt stuck in the same emotional loops, you’re not alone. That’s because transformation isn’t just about understanding—it’s about feeling different.

Your nervous system and body are at the core of everything you think, feel, and experience. They shape your emotions, your memories, and the way you respond to stress and relationships. If healing doesn’t include the body, it can feel incomplete—like you know things should be different, but you don’t actually feel the shift. That’s why so many people find themselves repeating the same patterns, even when they’ve done the work.

That’s where we go deeper. My approach blends Somatic Experiencing & other supportive modalities like Parts Work, Authentic Relating, EMDR, & Breathwork guiding you to not just process the past, but to rewire how your body holds it. This means helping your system release stored tension, shift old emotional imprints, and move out of survival mode so you can actually feel more grounded, safe, and in control.

Our work together is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about reclaiming your sense of self. As we gently shift stored responses and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythms, you’ll begin to trust yourself in a way that feels real—not just in your mind, but in your body & nervous system.

Through this process, you won’t just know things are different—you’ll feel it.

More steady.

More alive.

More you.

Am I The Right Therapist For You?

How am I uniquely equipped to support you? I’m deeply dedicated to guiding

individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change around anxiety and chronic stress, relational and trauma (including childhood, sexual, religious, and high-demand group experiences), grief, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the fears that arise when stepping into more aligned work or entrepreneurship. I also work with those navigating psychedelic or transpersonal experiences through intentional preparation and integration.

My approach is body-mind based. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, EMDR, inner child and re-parenting work, and parts-based approaches so change doesn’t stay intellectual — it lands in the nervous system, where patterns actually live. Our work is collaborative, paced, and responsive, shaped around your unique system, history, and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Why do clients trust and feel comfortable working with me?

Clients often share that they feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to be fully themselves here. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, over-explain, or get it “right.” Your questions, feedback, and boundaries are welcome, and your nervous system — not a rigid framework — guides the pace of our work.

I’m relational, present, and human in the room. I understand how much harder change can be in lived experience than it sounds in theory, and I’m mindful that insight without embodiment can become overwhelming. Many clients feel relief knowing they’re not alone — and that the person supporting them has also navigated anxiety, relational wounds, and uncertainty, and found a way to live with more steadiness, choice, and self-trust.

Choosing a therapist is a big decision, and I want you to feel confident in this process. Therapy isn’t always easy—at times, it can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable, or even frustrating.  I also know firsthand that it’s worth it.

As your therapist, I am just as committed to my own personal growth as I ask you to be in yours. I deeply respect the courage it takes to show up, to explore, and to shift old patterns. I never ask my clients to go anywhere I haven’t gone myself. This isn’t just something I practice—it’s something I live. Real transformation is possible. Long-term, lasting change in your life and relationships is possible. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
