 I support this journey using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches that engage your inner guiding intelligence—helping you reconnect with your body, emotions, and innate wisdom.  Therapy with me is a space where you can be real—no filters, no expectations, just an open and supportive environment to explore what’s truly going on beneath the surface. It’s a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique journey. My role is to help create a foundation of safety where you can engage in meaningful growth and healing—at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share beyond what feels comfortable, and no rigid structure forcing you into a mold that doesn’t fit.


In our sessions, you don’t have to worry about saying the “right” thing or keeping conversations neatly packaged. Therapy isn’t about following a script—it’s about meeting yourself where you are. Some days, that might look like unpacking the weight of your week, while other times, it might mean exploring deeper patterns that keep showing up in your life.
